Team Anna member Arvind Kejriwal addressed the crowd and said that the team didn't received any proposal from the government. He also added that they are ready for open discussion on Lokpal Bill. he said PM should let them know where and with whom they should talk, he also invited Govt, NGOs and other groups. Team Anna will take out rally at 5 pm from India Gate to Ramlila Maidan.
